We can exchange and return to all the orders:

For Return: we can return for you under these conditions: first, your item must be 100% new as we send it to you, and then please state the reason why you want to return the item via email, after that we can notify you the return address. Third, please send the item back , you should inform us your tracking number. The refund will be reimbursed to your credit card within 10 days after we receive the return. The shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee for each pair will be deducted from the refund amount, so any questions, please contact us freely.

For Exchange: We can exchange for you free when the item you received is damaged, we in charge of all the fees during the whole process, until you get your adorable item and satisfy with it. We can also exchange for you when your item does not fit, please inform us which style or what size would you like to exchange. And then we can notify you the return address, and you send the item back, and inform us your tracking number, so that we could exchange for you only when we can tracking your order on line and the exchanges should pay 10% of total shipping for each pair. The client is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process. The transaction is completed successfully when you got your desirable item and we got the item back.
